Monday Rumble in Filikul


I expect each run to take approx. 20-30 minutes. Please be ready in time, having your alts ready and traited in advance as best you can.

Between runs I will be calling out the next raid expecting you to put your forum name in the RRU chat when putting in an X for an invite. We will never have the old raid invite the people of the next raid (to avoid lock contagion), so I ask of captains either to be parked at Filikul or to let me summon you there before the first raid.

Please join the TS from the first raid regardless on which raid you are in - we might save time on pre-raid coordination that way.

Loot-rule:


We loot in this order:
First Age items.
Armour Coins.
Second Age items.
A generic roll for the remaining loot (Nimrodels, setting, IXP etc).
If you win you will not roll on subsequent rolls. You are welcome to pass on 1.-3. and then that loot will be in the greater stash rolled on at 4.


I know some prefer LI to certain alts, so you are welcome to designate which class you will be rolling for, but then it will only be those class items you will roll on (and not the current character's) and only if the alt is level 55+. Unless noted otherwise in the signup I will only allow people to be rolling on their current class at all times, so make sure to add it now.

Please sign up with forum name, how many times you can go, with what classes, and if you want to roll on 1st/2nd age items of a specific class. Also list all HM radiance pieces you are missing.

I will not update the list here, but copy names directly to my spreadsheet, but rest assured that the more and the sooner people sign up, the more raids will we get.

We had one wipe last night - which actually isnt half-bad, having one wipe in 20 runs. However, should it happen again, and we find ourselves with various cooldowns, what I will do is postpone an entire raid rather than swap individuals around.

So if the Third Filikul wipes and lack cooldowns, we will then move on to do the Fourth Filikul, only to reconvene and do the Third after it.

Also - having run this several Mondays now I want a bit of feedback on the looting system. To keep this thread clear, however, give your inputs here (http://www.raidsrus.com/forum/showthread.php?p=8995#post8995).

I will be adding one more detail to the sign-up - all missing radiance pieces. This is not to bind people to roll on a certain armour piece in advance, but so that I can try to take it into account when setting up the individual Rumbles. I do not want us to win armour coins only to have no one having a use for them in that individual Rumble.

Though with regards to class balance I've sought to put those last to sign up in the Reserve/6. Raid.

I have added an extra dimension to the raids this time, Radiance armour, colour-coding the grand spreadsheet so as to spread out people missing armour pieces - this will both diminish the risk of having a coin drop no one can use, as well as enhance the chance that those needing coins will be rolling against fewer competitors. Some of you clearly did not read the signup and did not add armour needs to your signups - you are of course free to roll for armour, but I have been unable to take account for your needs when forming the raids.

The same goes for what legendaries you are rolling on. I made it painfully clear last time, as in this signup, that this needs to be kept simple to work (and be a workable load for me), so I will only look to the signups when it comes to what you are rolling for (last week I got swamped in tell mid-raid-leading with people wanting to change their loot priorities in all sorts of ways). Keep that in mind when you sign up next time, if you forgot it this time.

The effort to take account for armour as best possible is the new feature this week - meaning that I have yet to decide whether to change the general loot rule on Emblems of Nimrodel. For now I urge everyone to show 'sportmanship' if wining major loot (armour, emblem, first/second age items) on several runs in succession. Take a look at the connected discussion thread (http://www.raidsrus.com/forum/showthread.php?t=980) in the RRU chat. For my part the jury is still out in terms of what to go with, but for now do make your voice heard in the discussion there - and think of your fellow players when looting.



To follow up on a few other things:


Yes Grimbos, I guess level 58+ is fitting (with preference to 60ies).
Rhyaehar, while you surplus of hunters and lore-masters are welcome, I did have my toil fitting them in the greater scheme of things (the sheet is very useful but of course we havent thought of the posibility of people mustering more of the same class). I'll have to take that into consideration next time - but as it were we were still too few to get a 6th run this time anyway.
