I have a kin watcher run which starts about 7.00 to 7.30pm and we will be popping either the balrog or thorog buff depending who is online.
Any of you guys going and who are online at the time are welcome to leech it, as it makes a hell of a difference to your dps and healing.

so its true that whitout hope it takes 40/50min
and whit that hope around 25/30min. :D
