Raedwald was a King of East Anglia in Anglo-Saxon times, one of those held to have been a Bretwalda (Lord of Britain or "widely ruling", the meaning is uncertain). He is also the most likely candidate for having been the subject of the Sutton Hoo burial. Since you live in Colchester, I'm not surpised that you've quite obviously recorded a train so named in your little book of numbers. For myself, though no trainspotter, I do know my history! :P
