My guard will be lvl 50 by the time of this raid so would like to bring him along if thats ok, relative novice at tanking so go easy on me.

Tier, as far as the first day goes, i often leave myself on auto and read a book, as i know many others do from time to time. The unfortunate truth of hele is its pretty easy for a group of 24 (done a fair amount of hele as an 11 person group actually) up until thorog which is rediculously difficult based on the difficulty of the rest of the place, so i doubt you'll have any issue tanking until thorog slaughters you mercilessly

Agreed...generally in our raids everything is stunned anyway...so the Guardians are fighting over a single MOB. About the only place you'll need to work is in the spider cave. Hal :)

I see there is a captain called Beor around here... seems to be a name meant for leadership! I think the two Beors have already been together in a Raids'R'Us Helegrod raid, but I'm not sure.

Anyway, I don't mind to come only for one day (e.g., Monday) so that Beor can go on the other as a captain. It's really up to the organizers.

Well as far as I'm concerned it doesn't hurt to have three or four captains in a 24 raid, so as long as there's space left you can come on both days.

We'll have some spread betting...number of times I say "thingy" and number of times I completely mispronounce someones name

Anyway you are both welcome on both days ...for day 1 it's so easy that it doesn't really matter what the class mix is.....hmm can feel a plan coming on :)

Bad News

After my abysmal network performance last night (not sure I contributed anything...and thanks to the other Minstrels/Captains for healing my group)....sidetracked....anyway this morning my network stopped working completely.

I will try and sort it out, but give fair warning that it's highly likely that I won't be in game tonight or able to lead the second half of the raid.

Apologies and unfortunately as i can't do much until I get home I'll have no way of saying "yes/no" if I'm offline :cry:

Obviously I can keep up with the forums at work, so I'll keep updates coming.
