Would also like to suggest that we make this a "Get Rhy his shoulder-guards" weekend, he's done a lot to sort this alliance out including putting up with our need to die at least once every weekend, before kicking Mr.B's butt.

Well spotted, Bothorn! Clarification for everyone - I'm happy to see anyone sign up for either raid, but please bear in mind that, however you organise your raiding, whichever alts you take in on whatever days, for the Off- raid on Monday you must have a maximum of Lock 0 for Day One, Lock 4 for Day Two, & Lock 7 for Day Three for the alt(s) you wish to sign up.

So for example, Daphne, if you can only do Friday / Day One on the Regular raid, there's nothing to stop you signing up for Tuesday - Wednesday / Days Two-Three on the Off- raid (& you'd be most welcome! ;) ).

Just want to confirm some things as my name is still down on all three days, even though i have no idea what the situation will be like anyway. I'll be around if needed with one of my characters, probably derigar, but this is dependent on hal getting back to me about which character he would like to take on the off run (and of course that raed is happy with whatever arrangement we come to).

Since i'll be doing 3 days in the off-run, i'd prefer lesser involvement in the main run unless you are short on numbers or experienced members. Either way, i will definately be around on sunday to hand in the chain link, regardless if i'm on the run or not.

And confirmation that Tarinas will not be available, since I'm expecting him in the Off- run all 3 days, so Derigar will be. OTOH, With 3 MNS signed up there, I don't expect to use Rafe, so he should be available if you're desperate. On the whole I'm expecting to NOT be signing up for Regular- runs when I'm running an Off- on the Monday-Wednesday (otherwise I end up committed to Rift-raiding 6 days on the trot). I should continue to be available as a stand-in if required though.

On scheduling, I suggest every 3rd week for an Off- run, the other 2 weeks being Hele. If a Hele fails to form on either day, we can always convert it to an Off-, which I can lead if I'm there. Judging by the way 2 day Hele raids sometime fail to form on the second or both days, I reckon, in a 6 week cycle, you'll get 6 Regular- runs, 2 Off- runs, 2 Hele runs, & mixed bag of 1-2 more Hele runs, with extra Off- days picking up the slack if Hele runs don't set off. It's also worth bearing in mind that, although we can finish The Rift, it doesn't mean we have to - we can just use odd days as raiding practice / training, & an opportunity to pick up extra gems.
