Your radiance gear (Min. 45)(Also - more than 105 is redundant).
I will also expect you to:

Be on time.
Join the RRU Teamspeak server in advance.
Stick to disciplined use of voice when in combat.
Rolls on armour gems are done:

Those not winning will have +20 added to their rolls for a lock raid or +40 for a full run (like this one).
No one will win two armour pieces in one lock window (Thu-Thu).

I can join not for a full run, but for the first part, so i could share a spot in case there is somebody who wants to join just after 2pm british time (which is when I will go to work). I will be happy to bring any class wanted except runekeeper - just be warned that tanking is not my specialty. Signature list is up to date.

First priority: Ariartir (LRM/140) - the only one I'm looking for armour for.
Secondarily, and if really needed, Frekna (GRD/115) or Pellinor (BRG/115).
Thirdly, if desperately needed, anything in my signature (though probably Hirion least, as he is the only one having finished even the deeds).

Fairness is not about letting players (different with characters!) who wants to roll on coveted items (such as armour) get priority on a given raid - fairness is also about coming back even when you don't need those items yourself anymore. The less people come back the less the chance for others to get their armour even if they've gone there again and again helping others to a full set (by bad luck on rolling or by bringing classes needed for the raid not wanting/needing the armour). In other words don't feel selfish about signing up even if you have the full set - or at least the pieces you wanted - as it's quite the opposite.

However this is theoretical, only responding as I've seen the statement before, and the more theoretical both because you have always been helpful in coming back as well as I doubt we will see these raids overbooked anytime soon (especially with summer inbound).

I always forget to think about it from that perspective Hirion, thanks for the reminder :D From now on, Ill stop adding a lot of "if´s" in my signups and just keep that in mind. Right now picking reserves does not seem to be the issue, hope we can get the signups to multiply by atleast two.

would you concider rallying up on saturday despite low numbers (incase we don´t miraculously fill up the next 23 hours) and try to fill up with everybody´s friends and kinsmen? might even stumble across some potential new RRUS recruits on the way + might be more fun than just quitting? ;) And we should be able to do it with less than 12 persons in a worst case scenario, just not sure how far down one could stretch the participant count as we never really done that before.

And if that does not work out either let´s all go to Annuminas kinhouse and drink from every keg they keep in there!
