I've successfully tested the plugin below during todays DN raid & here's the relvent info as a couple of people asked for it :)

Installation advice:

1. Oviously you need a working installation of the TS3 client first!

2. Download both TSNotifier and helper-plugin from http://tsnotifier.cfxxl.de/

3. Install TSNotifer (NB that the installer is in German but the install options are obvious).

4. Then Copy the 2 DLL files from Helper-plugin into the "plugins" directory within your in TS3-folder. There are 2 versions: 32bit or 64bit depending on version of TS you use (not on your operating system). If you copy both over TS will use the appropriate one.

5. Run TS3 -> Settings -> Plugins -> activate the Helper-Plugin (checkbox).

6. Run the TSNotifier program and add the game-EXE to whitelist (rightclick the systray icon to see this option).

7. Run your game. (if you were playing LotRO the whole time you need to exit and restart it).

My machine runs Windows7 64bit Pro, so I can't guarantee if you have a differnt OS you'll have no problem.

It's very easy to configure. I've enclosed a screenshot where I've put the overlay at position 0 (top left). You can see the name of the channel (in this case bright green) and underneath the name(s) of people speaking (Oderid in this case).

Hope that helps.

Thanks for that, are you running Dx10? I tried the overlay with Dx10 and it crashed after the initial load screen, but when I went to Dx9 it loaded fine!

I have Dx11 installed and in-game I have the box 'Use Directx10 graphics' checked under graphic options.

And v welcome :)

Got it working...ish under DX10 seems to have a huge memory leak on my system anyway, could have it just sitting there for about 20 minutes before it eats up most of the 8 gigs on the system!

I've missed something like this for a long time - having had an older version that didn't work - but by now I'm much settled with having an extra monitor, which I use for TS, raid and book-keeping info (or for watching the news or documentaries while gaming).

Might have to try that myself, as whatever I do their seems to be a major memory leak with both explorer.exe and taskmanager.exe whenever the TS Notifier is running |:(
