Problem is that Kardel and Ryndir both have boots, so if needed, I'll refrain from rolling at all with those two.

By looks of the signup list, we should be able to do 2 runs for everything up to the Balrog. If we can get 2 captains (Bothorn is still a maybe on day 1) 4 minstrels and 4 guards (or 1 champ with heavy shield) we'll do 2 runs.

No, everyone has to have the same lock. So if you have a lock greater than 0 you can't come on the first night.

TSM's usual 'beginner' run on Sunday was more successful than expected - we took down Zurm, Fruz, Zog. and Narnu. (and I got the gloves :P ).

We usually beat the first four bosses on the first night and pick up from there on the second. Unfortunatly because of this you will have one extra lock than we do on tuesday which is a problem. You never know how these things will turn out on the night, but unless the group is shorthanded or has a drop-out after the first boss on tuesday, its unlikely that you'd be able to join for that night.

Excellent effort all round. Especially Rhy's successful attempt to murder poor old Rauk! _O- I think we have Clarence's number now... I do think, though, after two consecutive successful raids, there should be a deliberate effort to vary the team members on the last day, rather than a deliberate effort to pick the same people who were successful before. Have 9-10 previous victors, sure, but try to ensure you've a couple of people along who have not been. Partly this is to share the satisfaction of a successful kill around (only fair!), but it's also to make sure the pool of veterans grows. That minimizes the risk of having a week where only half the raid knows what to do...
