This is an option far too important for the sake of any and all Raids to simply assume that everyone who got to lvl 50 knows what it is, how to turn it on and how to use it.

Raid Assist Window allows for attack coordination in the heat of the fight and is one of the most important tactical tool in hands of the Raid. It is mandatory to have RA Window up while in Raid, and you really want to, as it will help you to avoid extreme repair bills.

You enable the RA Window by clicking on the button marked on the screen (Social options panel => Raid tab); a litle window will appear (if Leader has not selected a Raid Assisn, the button will be grayed out). Unfortunately, the default setting of RA window is off, so you will have to re-enable it every time you reconect or join a Raid...

The Window has three main functions:
-it shows who is a Raid Assist, responsible for calling targets. If you have Skill forwarding enabled, this should be enough for you to be able to follow RA
-it shows what Raid Assist has targeted at the moment so Raid Leader can scream and curse and throw things if the target isn't right, or if its switched too often, or just because.
-it enables you to quickly choose the right target so you can target it yourself (by clicking the appropriate vitals).

Unfortunatelly, I just noticed the screenshot I chose for this guide wasn't too fortunate as the RA has himself targeted... as you can see. So until I modify the screenshot, please take note that RA's selection's vitals show on the right :)
