Annuminas?

As a fashion victim, I wouldn't mind an Annuminas set for myself, so I've been wondering if there would be enough of R'r'U members interested in doing this instances to set up a full group from time to time and get some fun there.

So my question is: who would like to go to Annuminas from time to time, in-between Rifts and Heles?

Persuade? He is bonking me with Skype Messages to sign up :+ Seriously, I have never made the instances and the grave of elendil only once, so I´d be happy going there. I´ll tell Daphne. I can come either as my LM or Kuni the Minstrel.

I've done the "Glinghant Corrupted" instance and part of the Tomb of Elendil (until we wiped miserably) back on Snowbourn.

I think that Rift and Hele are a priority and we should stick Annuminas in between them somehow, on evenings when we don't have much else to do or we can't complete a raid.

Yes there is a quest called that for level 40s. In Annuminas, it's called something like Haudh Elendil or similar. Meaning is the same ;)

Bit of advice for the glinghast instance, one of the rewards for the quest 'Impure Waters' is the roast of heroes. Considering there are only 2 ways in the game to get this item (other being a cook only reward which rules out a lot of people anyway) its worth choosing it as the reward, either to sell on the AH for a considerable amount, or to keep for the carnivore title :)

Well... I don't know if you guys ever did this, but I'd like to resurrect the idea of going. I apprecaite that everyone is going to be "Book 14" Crazy :x shortly, so I will wait for that to settle down and then we'll see who is interested :roll:

The annuminas instances are quite tough as I recall but a good challenge, always happy to help out with them if theres any groups going.
Generally I leave it at least a month or at the very least until the patch fixing any problems is released before tackling any new books. Hate the queuing up to take turns to kill a quest mob, takes any fun out of it.

I really would like to go to the Annuminas instances. Perhaps some of you have some experience with one or the other and we can start from there. Otherwise it's learning by doing, which is also not a bad thing.

Anyway, as soon as I know what our plans for this weekend are, I can join in for possible daytimes we could try this.

Last time I did Glinghant was before book 11. Tactics are unknown, but as I said before; happy to try and die.

Our tactics to kill him:

Put Guardian and Hunter on boss and do full yellow on him rest of group is killing adds there are few waves incoming till he get 10K morale, this is a time to DPS and kill a boss :P...

I agree with Sil, unless you can physically keep the adds from approaching the mins/LM with a human wall or something, its best to just go all out on the boss and expect the squishy units to die, although who knows how this will change come book 14
