Rule No.1 - I don't do "first come, first served." I hope that's sufficiently clear for everyone.
You must have 55 equipment radiance as an absolute minimum to sign on for this raid; more is better. Please state your current radiance total when putting your name down. I don't want to have to read your sig, not knowing whether it's up to date, look at your member entry, or guess!
If you are selected, please ensure you are
On time!
Properly traited
Properly kitted out (i.e. your Rad armour is on your alt, not in the bank!)
In possession of adequate quantities of food & pots.
Familiar with the Teamspeak Guide (http://www.raidsrus.com/forum/showthread.php?t=802), the DN Loot Guide (http://www.raidsrus.com/forum/showthread.php?t=867) & any other relevant Guides (regardless of how out-of-date they are - there is still useful info in them).
Fail on any of the points above (especially the first) and you WILL be penalised. If you don't want to be considered as a reserve, say so. I expect you to be on time & ready if you are selected or a reserve. If you're neither, you still have to be online on the right alt at the right time and tell me you are there to get your ACP bonus.
Name in normal - signed up; name in bold - selected; name in italics - reserve; name in strikethrough - no-show. If you need to withdraw, please confirm absence as soon as you can.

ACP (pre-raid)
Presuming everyone is online on time on the right alt according to this schedule & lets me know they're there, the following bonuses will be applied:
+5 ACP - Angrenel, Ecgtharion, Sigrorn, Skelsamu
+3 ACP - Sigrorn
+2 ACP - Everyone else in the raid Thu & Fri
+1 ACP -
NB: Because of the issues of people only being available for one day, I won't fully update points until after Friday is over. This is so I don't get confused with things such as the reserves on Thu being rostered for Friday (which is expected to happen).
Remember that if Reserves get called into the raid at any point, a further +1 will be applied (+3 if you've less than 10 ACP). After the raid, I'll edit this to give the actual totals awarded - it's mostly here now so that I can reference it easily during the raid, if we actually beat the buggers!

It's one run over two days, just to clear up any confusion. Save Mirdnant till you are available, Hal. We usually operate OK without it, so it's not urgent to have it. Perhaps when we know we're going to have a serious attempt at Mr. BO!

Wow! Eighteen sign-ups (plus little me) so far; I'm going to have to disappoint a few people... :) Please be aware that, unlike Hirion's Rumbles, there is no possibility of me running a second group.
Rufus - you normally say that you're not available till 20:00. Can you confirm your availability, please, in terms of time & days? Thanks!

Roster for Thursday posted. If you're not in, don't despair - there are 4 guaranteed changes for Friday (and possibly another). Please ensure you are on time. With a 7:30 start, we should have 3 hours available. The objective is to nail Bill & Ben first time. If we can do that, we should have time to clear the 3 Globsnaga bosses, and therefore be able to make some serious attempts at Mr B.O. on Friday.

Seeing as Friday appears to be a free day for me (atm I find it hard signing up much in advance, though that may change in the near future) I would be available in case you still need another tank.
Best wishes on getting 'em down in any case,

Probably won't amount to anything, but plans have changed a little and theres a slight chance i'll be running a little late. Will try to update or pass on a message if this is definately going to be the case, but thought it was prudent to give a heads up.

I've told you before leaving today, but just in case I prefer to repeat myself, I can't join to you tomorrow, my body ask me to interact with the real world from time to time, and Fridays usually are cinema nights. Let's see if you can get the bloody Blind-One down
*Onta starts cheering*
Don't be lured into it Ont; celuid is not the real world! It is only fiction. :D
Also - great run tonight chaps; Nothing of course compares with the thrill of the first times we killed the individual bosses, but tonight was the best in terms of the run on overall. Great fights and great spirits! *hic*

A bit of the curate's egg last night, very good in parts. Far & away the best ever demolition of Bill & Ben - dead first time, only 4 buffs on the end of phase 2, taken down post-haste in phase 3, with about half the room left with no death clouds, only one death (poor Ecg!) & that right at the end of the fight, with the troll down to @15K (poor, poor Ecg! ;)). We cleared through to Zholuga without trouble, and though the Z proved slightly more troublesome than usual, causing a few deaths (including a dead Ecg for most of the fight; poor, poor Ecg; I think he's after Hal's title of "The Dying"!), he was also despatched first go.
After that, alas it rather went to pot. A 15 min DC delayed things badly, two completely avoidable accidental pulls resulted in wipes, and the performance against Flagit was about as ropey as you can get & still not wipe (just!). Overall, definitely far & away our best showing so far, the highlight being a silky-smooth destruction of The Twins. Kudos to you all for that, but don't get cocky - there's still plenty of room for improvment.
Tonight's roster is posted, we will have to re-clear the path to the portal & then eliminate Istum (who will hopefully leave his head behind to complete the trophy - Z's head last night was indeed a complement to F's already in the bank) before moving on to Mr B.O. The Thu only participants are now in green, everyone in bold black is expected tonight. Final word - as always with a Friday night run, I will endeavour to be there at 7:30, but may be a few minutes late...
A few thoughts on tonight's raid. I see that we are three captains, which make me suggest one of two things.
I can go hunter, with comfortable radiance to survive, in case you would rather have three hunters than three captains.
Or if staying captain I will trait for another banner than hope (leaving that to the other two captains). I am already traited with lead the charge (DPS), but will then add a bit more threat to the build and I can genuinely help tanking, seeing as we have no champions. I have a pretty good grip on one or two targets as threat-captain, so maybe on some of those mob fights it would work best if I off-tank the one or two troll while Daphne takes the hordes of globsnaga (as she unlike us captains is good at picking up many mobs).
Those are my suggestion though, with the present class-balance in mind.

We'll go with the 3 CPT. We will suffer a little on dps, but apart from the greater fumerole we'll have to clear on the way to Istum, nothing we have is a dps race. When it comes to the Blind One, I expect to us to die horribly & lots, so the extra healing & resses should come in useful. If the fumerole proves problematic, we can always pull Bragnir in for that one fight (presuming you're OK with that). And you can give instructions on the CPT set-ups, since you understand them much better than I do.
Mythrax - since you'll be the 3rd LM, can you trait red-line please & take the capstone. You won't need PAAI, and can probably leave P&W out as well, as Noti & I will take care of the former, and should be able to cope with the latter. Both 2B & 2Y bonuses are trash, so you don't need to worry about matching the last two traits. Pick anything you like really. Healer is always useful, and I'd suggest the other comes from P&W (if you really want it), Light of Hope or Dunadan Learning; Deep Lore as an outsider (I don't think we'll face enough enemies at once for it to be useful). But it's your call.

Smooth trash clearance down to Istum; slightly dodgy on Istum, given that we had to reset him once, but then it was only our second visit to him. Duly despatched on the second attempt, even with half the party down by the end. Then on to Mr B.O...
Having only visited him once before, with two brief wipes to the RRU name, we deliberately wiped twice (i.e. used no i-c resses) for research purposes, in line with my previous intentions. There was also one "mini-wipe" when Daphne, Tari, Mythrax & myself went in to check on eyeball contamination range. Ignoring that latter, by the 5th attempt of the night, we'd figured out the threat mechanism, and sailed straight through to the 3rd stage. Wiped at 200K. Cue one more go - wiped at @ 115K. That's 400K down on our 8th attempt overall, and only our 4th serious go at trying to kill him. I was impressed.
Credits go to all, but especially to Tari, Daphne, and the late arriving Hirion, who did most of the work / discussing in figuring out the all-important threat mechanism & how to deal with it. I'll post a summary of what we learnt in the discussion thread later. I'm also about to post a continuation thread for Sunday evening, when we will have another go at him. The weird group set up notwithstanding (3 CPT, 3LM & no CHM!), priority goes to those 12 who were there for the last couple of runs.
Last word - whoever thinks RRU needs to run off & look for other people's tactics needs to think again! :Y ;)
Yeah that was incredibly fun - especially the part with getting to (sneaking in) tank a major nemesis. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow, and is hoping I'll be able to be there.
